系统(tong)应用:
在锂电(dian)(dian)池(chi)传统(tong)(tong)生产(chan)过程化(hua)(hua)成(cheng)分容(rong)环节,由于传统(tong)(tong)软包化(hua)(hua)成(cheng)分容(rong)压(ya)床(chuang)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)极(ji)耳接(jie)(jie)触(chu)电(dian)(dian)阻(zu)大,温度压(ya)力不均(jun)衡;严(yan)重影(ying)(ying)响电(dian)(dian)池(chi)质量的均(jun)一性(xing),直接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)触(chu)电(dian)(dian)池(chi)表面,人体静电(dian)(dian)对电(dian)(dian)池(chi)性(xing)能影(ying)(ying)响大,电(dian)(dian)芯极(ji)耳短路引起(qi)火灾(zai)等等。软包高温加压(ya)化(hua)(hua)成(cheng)压(ya)床(chuang)在锂离子电(dian)(dian)池(chi)热压(ya)状态(tai)下进(jin)行化(hua)(hua)成(cheng),省掉(diao)现有电(dian)(dian)池(chi)化(hua)(hua)成(cheng)工艺的烘烤整形工艺,缩短化(hua)(hua)成(cheng)时间和电(dian)(dian)池(chi)制(zhi)作周期,大量减少人工,使电(dian)(dian)池(chi)在抽气(qi)封口后更(geng)加平整,外观更(geng)加漂亮。


高温加压化成功能特点:
化成夹具采用卧式布(bu)局,压力由伺(si)服电机+梯形(xing)丝杆提供,采用层叠加(jia)热(re)模式,更换加(jia)热(re)板方(fang)便(bian)简单,且更能保证温(wen)度的均(jun)匀(yun)性(xing)。
采用硅胶电热(re)板方式(shi)加热(re),温(wen)(wen)度可调,最高温(wen)(wen)度100°C,夹板温(wen)(wen)度±3°C,测量温(wen)(wen)差±1°C。
可实时监控并反馈层板压力,压力可调范围(wei)200kgf~5000kgf。
夹(jia)板上两侧各(ge)设有(you)PCB电(dian)(dian)路板,在夹(jia)具压紧状况下确(que)保(bao)与电(dian)(dian)芯可(ke)靠连接,电(dian)(dian)池(chi)位极耳(er)可(ke)调,确(que)保(bao)PCB电(dian)(dian)路板夹(jia)到极耳(er),可(ke)兼容(rong)多品种(zhong)电(dian)(dian)池(chi),通用性(xing)强(qiang)且换电(dian)(dian)池(chi)品种(zhong)时(shi)间短(duan)。
夹具(ju)极耳入料位(wei)置处两侧具(ju)有可(ke)靠的导向结构,在电(dian)芯进出料时,防止电(dian)芯极耳被PCB或极耳压条(tiao)折弯。
通用性强可(ke)兼容(rong)多种电池(chi)(chi),更(geng)换电池(chi)(chi)品(pin)种时(shi)电池(chi)(chi)接(jie)应(ying)机构(gou)能自动快速调整电池(chi)(chi)(极耳(er))位置。

软(ruan)包分(fen)容功能特点:
极耳夹具位置可调,兼(jian)容多种(zhong)型(xing)号电池,可实现快速换(huan)型(xing),满(man)足(zu)客户个性化(hua)定制需求(qiu)。
夹(jia)紧方式采用弹簧自(zi)夹(jia)紧,夹(jia)紧力4.5~5kgf。
充放电采用锯齿形夹子方式,金属材质采用铍铜,表面镀金,拥有高导电,高强度特性。非金属材质采用LCP,优异的耐热性,高机械强度。
电(dian)源柜(ju)每个(ge)通道(dao)可对一组(zu)电(dian)池进(jin)行电(dian)池性能(neng)测试(shi)(shi),单个(ge)测试(shi)(shi)通道(dao)采用模块化组(zu)合(he),每个(ge)模块都可进(jin)行单独的电(dian)流限制(zhi),使(shi)用户(hu)在扩展(zhan)通道(dao)和维(wei)护设(she)备时倍感(gan)方便。
